What was the highlight of Nixe Palace Mallorca

Overall, we enjoyed our time and were able to easily explore parts of Mallorca.

The location is beautiful, looking out over the sea. Everyone was very friendly and nothing was too much to ask. The rooms were clean and I liked that use of the spa was included in the room.

They made use of scent machines throughout the hotel. This was too much, we had to move tables because we were too close to one and the scent was really overwhelming. It was unfortunate that the pool outside was closed for the season - even though I read on the website that it was a heated pool.

Wonderful

The staff were very kind. The room was wonderful, looking right out over the water. It was quiet as we were there in December.

They don´t seem to connect with the idea of having coffee in your room. You can only order an individual cup of coffee via room service which feels strange. I´m used to being able to order a carafe. That´s about all I can complain about. ; )

Felt beautiful, comfortable and cozy

Quickly accessible to the beach, large and spacious to move around freely. Lobby and terrace facing the beach was best no hotels must face this feature. We enjoyed drinking and snacks served on the terrace. The direct access to the beach from hotel was another thing I liked most and unique about the hotel

Wonderful stay with beach access

We arrived before check-in, but it was no problem getting us into our room. The staff was very friendly and gave us great advice for getting around. Having such close access to the beach was great. We were a bit unlucky with the weather during our stay but would have been perfect for relaxing by the water. We enjoyed the spa as well, and it also had easy access to the beach directly from the spa area.

The hotel was superb, and the customer service exceeded expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of champagne, and the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was elegant and sophisticated. The views from the lounge and restaurant were breathtaking, further complemented by the great weather. Plus, the beach is literally right in front of the hotel—a major highlight. The room was decently sized, immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Toiletries were thoughtfully provided, and complimentary water bottles were readily available. In the evening, we were treated to a beautiful piano performance by a talented lady, adding a touch of charm and class to the experience. Overall, this is a perfect place to unwind and relax. Highly recommended!

We only stayed for a night, but would definitely comeback and stay a bit longer.

Short break in the sun.

Great location. Good spa facilities. Staff were very helpful.

Off season dining choices were limited. Mixing conferences with ordinary guests is always difficult - the conference people should have been looked after in separate locations to allow other guests more freedom.

Fantastic place to spend time in Mallorca

I had a corner room with a beautiful sea view. All restaurants were with a view on the water, excellent service and the food was tasty. Had a massage, body and facial, highly recommend, staff were amazing. Also recommend to use their jacuzzi with different jets and a nice view. Hungarian concierge was exceptionally nice, her recommendations and arrangements for the sightseeing tours were fantastic. From now on, I am definitely going to stay there whenever I am in Mallorca.

Our room had the most fantastic view, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for all the guests. The staff were very helpful.

The area is not the best, restaurants local to the hotel were not what we expected. Much better to go into Palma and eat there.

Enjoyable stay at great locations overlooking the sea!

Room- We booked a premium triple room with Sea view for 3 people (friends). The room was great, 3 single beds (2 main ones & extra bed added to the room). The room was clean, and well organised, smart TV, a great bathroom and the best of it is the Balcony with the sea view which was incredible. Also the rooms are soundsproof so rarely heard any of our neighbours unless they are sat in the balconies. Breakfast - Good continental breakfast with options to order eggs. It was fresh, well prepared and service was great. Large selections of fresh juices which was brilliant plus alcoholic options like prosecco, wine or Champagne are available. Desserts were available as well which was a good addition. Only remark would have been around having more options for breakfast i.e. more cheese, or slice options Amenities - Direct access to the beach, which was handy, clean and enjoyed it there. Bit busy as its not jus exclusive to the hotel also you have to have tickets to have sun lounges. Pool looked good and with sunbeds looking over the sea - didn't use the outdoor pool but looks great. Spa was handy and enjoyed the use of it. you have to book in advance as it can hold maximum 6 people which wasn't convenient at times when it was booked up or having to share with others as its a small place with has a pool, sauna, steam. Sauna can hold max 3 people at a time, steam can hold 6 and so is the pool. The most we enjoyed was the terrace where you can sit and enjoy a drink with service from the lobby cafe. amazing sea view where you can chill and enjoy some sun while overlooking the beaches, island edges and other places along the coast. Staff - extremely friendly and helpful, you get greeted with a drink of your choice, wine, champagne, water or juice while you are checking in. Luggage gets handled and taken to the room or to storage if you arrive before the check-in time. Great ideas mostly recommended by staff for excursions and places to eat/visit.

Breakfast options - If more options regarding breakfast was included, it would have been better - not saying it was bad as I thoroughly enjoyed it but if you had rotating options on each day that would have made it better. If I was staying in for more than 2/3 nights I wouldn't have enjoyed having the same breakfast every day with no change.

Location superb. Staff warm and professional. Ambience exceptional. Selection of areas to spend time nicely spread out. Walter and team who recommended activities could not have been more helpful.

Occasionally individual staff members were curt and dismissive. Hot breakfast options very limited. Housekeeping presence a bit intrusive. Air conditioning was not accurate. No streaming options on TV - not expected in 5 star hotel.

Wonderful

Gorgeous view. I didn't even want to leave the property! Comfortable , lovely rooms.

They allowed smoking on the premises in the outside patio/eating area and balcony of the rooms which made it horrible for me to enjoy these otherwise lovely areas. There should be NO smoking allowed on the property.

Experience not to be missed.

Location couldn't be better, near Palma, right on the beach. Lots to do locally and close to a huge amount of shops. The staff at the hotel made all the difference, they were fantastic and made us feel at home

Good

Breakfast was nice, not a huge selection especially as a vegetarian/vegan. The pool wasn’t heated which made it ok. As well the bar wasn’t open. Due to the time of year the restaurant wasn’t open which was disappointing, but I probably could have found that out before so that’s on me. Thought it a bit silly you have to ask reception for towels and there was no beach/pool tote bag in the room. Room was nice and clean; overall a good stay.
